BOXING

Boxing is a sport where two people participate in a challenge of strength, endurance and reflexes. It is a sport which could be practised competitively or as a workout. Boxing is great to improve in endurance, agility and strength.

Boxing helps develop great hand/eye coordination, speed, accuracy and power. It is also a great way to burn calories, relieve stress and just get a great general fitness workout.

XLR8 caters for beginners right through to those wanting to challenge themselves in the ring. We also offer challenging Womens classes in Box Fit for that ultimate boxing/cardio training workout.

What to wear: T-shirt or Singlet, hand-wraps and gloves. If sparring is involved, we recommend additional equipment such as mouthguard and headgear. Equipment is provided for beginners or we have great XLR8 Boxing packages available for purchase.
